About the event
The Technical Performance Program focuses on developing the core technical skills required to perform effectively in match situations. Players will improve their first touch, ball control, receiving, and passing through a variety of stationary and moving activities involving ground, bouncing, and aerial balls. The program emphasizes technical quality, consistency, and execution under increasing levels of pressure and speed.
