Any cancellation made two weeks prior to the start date of a camp, clinic or program is eligible for a full refund.

Any cancellation made within two weeks of the start date of a camp, clinic or program is eligible for a credit worth the value of the program. This credit can be applied to any upcoming camp and is valid for 1 year.

** Camps, clinics and programs will not be cancelled unless we face severe weather. If cancelled, you will be contacted by email from either the program director or camp coordinator. If you do not receive an email from either, then camps will be on.
