Cancellation & Refund Policy
​Any cancellation made two weeks before the start date of a camp, clinic, or program is eligible for a full refund.

Any cancellation made within two weeks of the start date of a camp, clinic, or program is eligible for a credit worth the value of the program. This credit can be applied to any upcoming camp and is valid for 1 year.

** Camps, clinics, and programs will not be canceled unless we face severe weather. If canceled, you will be contacted by email by either the program director or camp coordinator. If you do not receive an email from either, then camps will be on.
Waiver & Release of Liability
By registering for any camp, clinic, or conference on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in our Release and Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement.
Purchasing a program through our website serves as an electronic signature, indicating that the participant (or their legal guardian, if under 18) agrees to:

Assume all risks associated with participation in sports and physical activities.

Release [Club/Organization Name], its staff, coaches, volunteers, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses incurred.

Indemnify and hold harmless [Club/Organization Name] against any claims resulting from participation.
If you disagree with these terms, do not proceed with registration.
