A 6 Week Monday and/or Tuesday positional and/or technical program for players born between 2015 & 2016. Led by Coach Luis, Coach Alexis and Coach Rosa. Develop Motor skills, Ball Mastery and Striking, then train and excel in the areas you desire (Attackers, Midfielders, Defenders, Goalkeepers)

Day, Time & Location:
Mondays: Highlands South Diamond: 3:30pm - 5pm,
Tuesdays: Highlands South Diamond: 3:30pm - 5pm
Program Detail:
3:30pm - 4pm:Â
Players will go through 15 minute session progressions to support their technical development:
- Motor Skills - Coordination, Balance, Agility & More
- Ball Mastery & Striking - Passing, Dribbling, Shooting, Finishing
While the players may come as pairs or in groups with their teammates/friends, this program is based on individual development.
- Everything a player does is individualized (no comparison to another player and not having to rely on teammates which may affect their development)
4pm - 5pm
Position Specific Training objective:
- Train and excel in the areas you desire (Attackers, Midfielders, Defenders, Goalkeepers)
- Benefits players in the detail they might not get from regular training sessions such as positional movement, movement off the ball, body positioning and more!
