2013 & 14 Girls Winter Training

A 6 Week Positional and Technical Program for players born between 2013 & 2014. 

January 2nd to February 6th

Day, Time & Location:

Mondays: Highlands South 9v9: 3:30pm - 5:30pm

Tuesdays: Highlands South 9v9: 3:30pm - 5:30pm

Program Detail:

3:30pm - 4:30pm: 

Players will go through 30 minute session progressions to support their technical development:

• Motor Skills - Coordination, Balance, Agility & More
• Ball Mastery & Striking - Passing, Dribbling, Shooting, Finishing

While the players may come as pairs or in groups with their teammates/friends, this program is based on individual development.

• Everything a player does is individualized (no comparison to another player and not having to rely on teammates which may affect their development)

4:30pm - 5:30pm:

Position Specific Training objective:

• Train and excel in the areas you desire (Attackers, Midfielders, Defenders, Goalkeepers)
• Benefits players in the detail they might not get from regular training sessions such as positional movement, movement off the ball, body positioning and more!
